LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)

LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)

Shipping method for partial pallet orders where freight space is shared with other shipments.

LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight is a shipping method used when an order doesn't fill an entire truck trailer. LTL shipments share trailer space with other customers' freight, making it cost-effective for orders of 1-10 pallets. Freight costs are determined by weight, dimensions, freight class, and distance. LTL is ideal for smaller pail orders that don't justify a full truckload.
